This is the Main Menu.

You can access all the functions described in this manual from here.

Buttons Function:

Configure Expenses: it allows you to define regular expenses (ones that are paid on a regular basis or in installments).
Budget Management: it allows you to keep the payment/income situation up-to-date.
Check Payments: it allows you to see which payments have not been paid yet.
The Traffic Light can be:
  • GREEN: when there aren't any up coming payment deadlines (based on the configurations in Options)
  • ORANGE: when there are payment deadlines within the warning period defined in Options
  • RED: when there are payment deadlines within the warning period defined in Options
Reports: allows you to analyze and compare the payment situation from different periods.
Options: to access the Software Configuration parameters (Language, Currency, Traffic Lights...).
